Refund policy?
We are very easy to get a refund from, simply email us asking for one ('gimme my money' or something like that) with your order number and we will process it straight away. No return required. If products are defective we are also happy to send a replacement if you would like.
To prevent abuse of this policy we allow only one refund of change of mind per customer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within Australia.
Where do you ship from?
From Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are very understanding of mistakenly entering the incorrect address or order details and will do our best to accommodate requests to change details within reason. Changes to your order may add additional time to processing and shipping.
Please email us at info@tallowyou.com.au as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Afterpay and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you live in a major city you should receive the order within 2-7 business days with standard shipping
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 14 days after shipping or it is damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
How do I return an item?
We don't require you to return items to claim a refund or replacement if you are unsatisfied or they are defective.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
